Everybody has different problems with their sleep hygiene. Some of us stay up all hours of the night, replaying situations in our heads repeatedly until we succumb to our own exhaustion. Others go to bed late and wake up early, making the likelihood of them falling asleep at their desks increase daily. I'm lucky that I don't have much trouble sleeping. I could literally drink a bottle of Diet Coke at 9 PM and still be conked out by 10 PM. However, I am susceptible to waking up in the middle of the night and deciding to scroll through social media for an hour or two before going back to bed. It's a nasty habit, but I have to admit it has some allure.
